At Haus of Vienna, we take great pride in offering elegant, high-quality dresses carefully selected for life's most memorable occasions.
Delivery Information
If your chosen dress is currently in stock, please allow 1–3 working days for delivery.
For styles that are not immediately available, delivery may take approximately 3–7 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
All original packaging and accessories must be included.
The Haus of Vienna return security label must remain attached and intact.
Please note that all dresses are delivered with a return security label attached. Once this label has been removed, altered, or damaged, the item will no longer be eligible for a return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Dresses with the return security label removed.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or alterations.
Items returned outside the 30-day return period.
